2023 Ford Everest V6 – For the first time, the 2023 Ford Everest will be equipped with a V6 turbo-diesel engine. Ford Australia has not yet released all details. Here are the details we have. Ranger and Everest will get the 3.0-litre V6 engine. It’s part of the same “Lion family” as the 2.7-liter turbodiesel many Australians have come to know from the 2011-16 Ford Territory. It was created with PSA and JLR and will be used in various models, including F-150. It will be the premium option engine option in the 2023 Everest.
2023 Ford Everest V6 Review
As the standard Everest engine, the bi-turbo will replace a 3.2-litre five-cylinder “Puma” turbo-diesel engine. The five-pot was removed from Everest, Ranger and Ranger with the introduction of new models. In other markets, the single-turbo 2.0-litre Panther will also be used in Everests of low specification. This is the Ford Transit, Ford Ranger, and the upcoming Ford Transit. Ford has yet to confirm Australian details, however, it is unlikely you will find an Everest equipped with the single-turbo 2.0L As the flagship Everest powertrain, the 2993cc V6 was confirmed. It will be available in Australia starting in April. It’s an intercooled common-rail turbo-diesel with a 60-degree configuration and iron graphene blocks. It will likely come from Dagenham, UK. The F-Series powerplant in America includes variable geometry turbocharging as well as a two-stage oil pump. Also, the forged crankshaft was used in the Everest Ranger and 2023 Ranger. Although power and torque are not yet known, the 3.0-liter Power Stroke engine produced 240hp (186kW) and 440lbft (597Nm) at 1750rpm. These numbers are superior to Everest’s current 157kW/500Nmbiturbo and the total 3.2L’s 143kW/470Nm. Bronco’s and Ranger’s lead will be followed by the V6. The new 10-speed auto transmission codenamed 10R60 will replace the 10R80 currently used on the model. These were both developed in collaboration with General Motors.
Ford claims that the new V6 engine is more powerful than the bi-turbo. This could have a slight impact on fuel economy. The V6 will still be available to Everest, despite the slight weight gain over the 2283-2477 kg current weight range. Platinum’s 21-inch wheels, which are larger than the standard model, will increase weight.
Platform lead Ian Foston stated that the V6 weighs more and has a bigger engine. Although the V6’s overall weight is similar to today’s, it has more features. How can we do that without making it heavier? “We have increased efficiency, the frame is significantly lighter than it was before. The hydroformed front structure at its front helps as well. We’ve also removed a lot of sheet metal at its front. So what have we done? Maximize the weight.
