2023 Land Rover Defender 130 – Even though rumors of a larger Land Rover Defender surfaced in July 2019, executives at the company confirmed that it was available. The larger off-roader will likely be marked with the suffix “130”, which will distinguish it from the two-door 90 model or the four-door 110 models. The larger model has been shown in patent images that have somehow managed to make it online.
2023 Land Rover Defender 130 Review
These drawings show a predictable design because of the modifications made to the rear axle. Previous reports claimed that Defender 130 would keep the 110 model’s wheelbase of 119 inches (3 022mm) between the front and rear wheels. The 130’s rear doors appear to be the same length as the 110s. This appears to be true.
The Defender 110 measures 197.6 inches (5,018mm) in length. However, the 130 models will measure 201 inches (5,105mm) after adding the rear axle. The Defender 110’s three-row Defender 110 will have the rearmost seats significantly larger than the 130 models. The cargo area should be larger to make it more practical.
These patent images confirm what we had said in spy photos of a prototype camouflaged. Internal documents describe the Defender 130 as a premium explorer that can accommodate up to eight people and is as tall as the 110. It will be available to purchase by 2022. Adrian Mardell, Chief Financial Officer, stated that the device “will hit the sweet spot” in North America, China, and the Middle East. This is something we have not yet touched.

A pickup truck and a more costly version of the Defender that rides on the same MLA platform as the Range Rover could follow the Defender. The Defender is a family-friendly car. An SVR-badged model with 600 horsepower could join them, powered by a twin-turbo V8 engine with a 4.4-liters borrowed BMW.
